Agus Real Estate SA as a developer presents a new Hotel & Spa project in Nida Marina, Lithuania’s remarkable UNESCO World Heritage site.
The resort hotel will be on the Curonian Spit – a 98km long a wondrous mixture of sand, sea, lagoon, worlds’ most precious sand dunes and forests full of life. UNESCO has recognised the Curonian Spit as a World Heritage site in 2000. According to The Lonely Planet it has sweetest, most sublime beaches and is ranked as the second most beautiful beach in the world.
The hotel will be operated by Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.
Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nida Marina will be Carlson Rezidor’s first five-star hotel on the Curonian Spit.
The Radisson Blu Hotel at Nida Marina will open its doors in 2019 with 93 rooms, a bar lounge situated in the lobby and a restaurant and terrace offering stunning views of the Curonian Lagoon. Guests will be able to enjoy extensive leisure & spa facilities, including an 18m indoor swimming-pool and a selection of high-end shops. The resort will also be quipped with meeting and event spaces to cater for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions. Other exclusive leisure facilities are also planned to be added, including boat mooring bays.
